A non refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment your deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required to book again.
If you are more than 10 mins late for your appointment a late fee of £6 will be charged, this will be added onto the cost of your treatment.
Please attend your appointment alone, no plus ones are allowed.
