Cancellation Policy

A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your appointment If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment your deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required to book again. If you are more than 10 mins late for your appointment a late fee of £6 will be charged, this will be added onto the cost of your treatment. Please attend your appointment alone, no plus ones are allowed. Our online booking system either allows you to pay in full using a credit card, debit card, paypal, clearpay, klarna (subject to approval direct). Or pay in person where we accept card, cash and bank transfer. If you decide to pay in person your card will be charged the non refundable deposit prior to your treatment.
